How to Request a Refund or Reprint

Getting things sorted is easy. Just email us at support@travelsportstags.com with:

Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, we process it within 5–7 business days. The funds will appear back in your original payment method — the exact timing after that depends on your bank or card issuer.

Reprints

If you'd prefer a fresh tag over a refund, we'll get it into production right away. Reprints ship within our standard 3–5 business day window, just like a new order.

Team Orders

Ordering for a squad? Any changes to team orders must be made before production starts. Once we begin production on a bulk order, changes are not possible. Please review your full roster carefully before submitting, and contact us at support@travelsportstags.com as soon as possible if you spot an issue.
