Welcome to Travel Sports Tags. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. We've written these in plain language — if anything is unclear, just email us at support@travelsportstags.com and we'll walk you through it.
Use of This Site
You may use this site to browse products, use the customizer tool, and place orders for personal or team use. You agree not to misuse the site — that means no scraping, no trying to break things, no submitting designs that include someone else's trademarked logos without proper authorization. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these terms.
Custom Orders
Because every tag is made specifically for you, there are a few things to keep in mind:
- All sales are final once production starts. Once we begin making your tags, we cannot cancel or modify the order. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible — ideally within one hour of ordering — and we'll do our best to help.
- The preview is approximate. The on-screen customizer gives you a close representation of your final tag, but exact font rendering, color depth, and logo placement may vary slightly between the preview and the finished product.
- Colors may vary slightly. Monitor calibration and material differences mean the colors you see on screen may look a touch different in person. We aim for as close a match as possible and stand behind the quality of every tag we ship.
- You are responsible for what you submit. Please double-check names, numbers, and any uploaded artwork before placing your order. Typos in your approved design are not covered under our satisfaction guarantee.
Intellectual Property
Here's how ownership works:
- Your design data is yours. The name, number, colors, and artwork you upload remain your property. We use them only to produce your order and do not claim any rights over your content.
- Our site and code belong to us. The Travel Sports Tags website, customizer tool, design, code, copy, and branding are owned by Travel Sports Tags. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this site without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Travel Sports Tags is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not affect your rights under our Refund & Return Policy, which includes our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith first — please reach out to us before taking any formal action. We want to make things right.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. If anything significant changes, we'll do our best to let you know.
